Worked in a small team of 5 to produce an end-of-semester product launch event showcasing the alpha prototypes developed by 8 teams of 20 students each. The event attracted 1,000 live attendees and 5,000+ online viewers.
Key Contributions
Project Management: Developed and maintained a comprehensive task-tracking spreadsheet to monitor progress and deadlines
Production: Led production and vendor coordination for all printed materials, branded swag, and custom gift boxes
Photography: Captured and edited thousands of photos as part of the event photography team
On-site Execution: Oversaw on-site setup for guest check-in and auditorium seating
